About the job Role Pitch Join the dynamic and rapidly expanding German payroll team. My client is looking for a skilled German Payroll and Implementation Specialist to join their remote team. Your responsibilities will include spearheading the implementation and system configuration of new payrolls onto their cuttingedge Local Payroll Engine.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with German Implementation Team and Support Team of Local Payroll Engine to ensure existing payrolls are migrated and new payrolls are implemented onto the local payroll engine
Ensure full configuration of all data in Local Payroll Engine based on German legal obligations & customer needs
Assist in the validation of payroll requirements to ensure that sufficient information is provided by the client to enable successful setup and configuration
Meet with customers remotely to discuss requirements and implementation questions during the implementation cycle
Create parallel runs analyze and explain the differences and take corrective actions
Create and send registration certificates to third parties (Tax office Health Insurance Providers)
Ensure successful knowledge transfers are completed between Project Delivery and Payroll Operations
Establish update and maintain payroll records and analyze payroll related information to ensure accurate payroll in line with legislation of Germany
Research discrepancies of payroll information and / or documentation to ensure accuracy and adherence to procedures prior to processing
Complete controls and crosschecking on payroll results
Deliver payroll accurately and provide timely payment of employee salaries on time in line with client service level agreements and expectations.
Description
Minimum 3 years of experience with German Payroll Implementation
Good knowledge of German payroll legislation and monthly operational processes in an endtoend environment
SAGE HR Suite / Infoniqa system experience is an advantage
Strong user knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Strong organizational and multitasking skills to meet deadlines
Forward thinking ability to plan and organize own workload
Selfadvancement skills to develop own effectiveness
To be a team player with the ability to share information and interact positively with others
