Role Description

• Lead the UX design team fostering a collaborative and growthoriented environment.
• Conduct user research to understand user needs and pain points translating those insights into actionable design strategies.
• Craft compelling user narratives that inform the design process and guide decisionmaking.
• Develop and implement a usercentered design (UCD) process ensuring best practices are followed throughout the design lifecycle.
• Humancentred design practitioner
• Design and prototype user interfaces (UIs) that are not only functional but also intuitive and delightful to use.
• Partner with engineers developers and product managers to ensure clear communication and alignment across all stages of the design and development process.
• Stay abreast of the latest UX trends and technologies continuously improving the design practice within the team.

Who You Are

• A seasoned UX professional with a minimum of 68 years of experience leading and managing design teams.
• Proven experience in conducting user research including user interviews usability testing and data analysis.
• A strong portfolio showcasing impactful UX design projects across digital and/or physical products.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to effectively influence and inspire crossfunctional teams.
• A keen storyteller who can translate complex user insights into clear and compelling user journeys.
• A passion for usercentered design and a relentless focus on delivering exceptional user experiences.
• Proficiency in industrystandard UX design tools (e.g. Figma Sketch InVision) is a plus.
