Role & Responsibilities :
Representing the full spectrum of HR function for the business unit(s) and acting as the single point of contact for all their needs.
Working with other HR subfunctions like Talent Acquisition Learning International HR etc for a better employee experience
Proactively gathering business needs and communicating the same to HR subfunctions so that deliveries can be on time and of the best possible quality
Proactively address business issues related to Grievance workforce development and productivity.
Works with HR Head on HR strategy and ensure that HR strategies and programs are properly implemented
Focus efforts towards Top talent development Improve retention and manage employee relations

Highly professional in working with team members and other stakeholders
Demonstrated ability to onboard new employees and manage HR tasks
Exceptional analytical skills and a good understanding of excel and other data analysis tools
