Proven track record in sales preferably in the solar or renewable energy sector. High energy selfmotivated and resultsoriented individual. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to thrive in a fastpaced evolving environment. Generate new business through proactive sales efforts in the solar industry. Educate customers on the benefits of solar energy and our cuttingedge solutions. Conduct onsite assessments to determine solar feasibility and provide tailored proposals. Collaborate with customers to address inquiries and close sales effectively. Handling the sales Team.


Overview:

The Sales Manager plays a crucial role in driving the sales efforts of the organization. They are responsible for leading a team of sales professionals setting sales targets devising sales strategies and nurturing client relationships to achieve revenue goals. The Sales Manager is vital to the organizations success as they oversee the entire sales process and ensure the team meets and exceeds sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets
  • Managing leading and motivating a team of sales representatives
  • Setting individual sales targets and guiding the team to achieve them
  • Monitoring sales metrics and performance indicators to identify areas for improvement
  • Conducting sales training and workshops to enhance the teams skills
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships through regular communication
  • Collaborating with the marketing department to align sales and marketing strategies
  • Forecasting and analyzing sales data to inform decisionmaking

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or related field
  • Proven experience in sales management or a similar role
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a highperforming sales team
  • Excellent knowledge of sales strategies and techniques
  • Strong understanding of CRM systems and sales analytics
