Additional Responsibilities: • Develop and manage the training strategy for QACC, in consultation with the QACC/QR senior management team and align it with stakeholders’ requirements as well as QACC aims. • Research external programs and new technology that will improve the effectiveness of training. • Evaluate the training needs for individuals and QACC in consultation with the Line Managers and Senior Management team. • Ensure this training is aligned to QACC standard operating procedures and meets legislative and other international regulations requirements. • Develop and manage a training roster based on business needs and design trainings ciriculams to meet specialized business requirements. • Manage the design and development of training programs that are based on best practice learning and development methodology. Design and implement training curriculums to meet specialized business requirements. • Facilitate training programs to a high standard, using adult-learning and learner focused techniques. Qualifications To be successful in this role, we are looking for candidates who : • Have completed a minimum of Bachelor’s Degree and should hold a minimum of 6 years of job-related experience. • Should have experience creating curriculums • Have strong spoken and written English • Should have strong strategic planning skills and an Excellent training design and delivery skills. • Ability to liaise and coordinate effectively with other stakeholders. • Managerial skills - Ability to delegate work, set clear direction and manage workflow. Strong mentoring and coaching skills. Ability to train and develop subordinate's skills. Ability to foster teamwork among team members.
