As a Product Marketer at our dynamic HR Tech startup you will spearhead the positioning of our innovative HR software solutions tailored for the unique demands of bluecollar SMBs in the German market. Through a deep understanding of our products the competitive landscape and customer needs you will craft and execute compelling marketing strategies. Your expertise will guide the development of impactful messaging facilitate product launches and create sales enablement tools ultimately driving demand and fostering product adoption. Your role is pivotal in bridging the product and marketing teams ensuring our solutions resonate with our target audience and contribute to our mission of market leadership.
Develop deep insights into the market competitors and customer needs to inform product positioning and messaging.
Lead crossfunctional teams to successfully launch new products and features ensuring timely execution and market impact.
Create compelling sales enablement materials that effectively communicate product benefits and unique selling points.
Execute demand generation campaigns that drive product awareness and adoption.
Collaborate with product management and marketing teams to align strategies and maximize product success in the market.
Continuously analyze market trends and product performance to refine and optimize marketing strategies.
To be successful at this position we think you should:
Possess a strong foundation in product marketing within the tech industry ideally with experience in HR software or related fields.
Demonstrate the ability to develop and execute marketing strategies that effectively position products and drive market demand.
Exhibit excellent communication skills with a knack for translating complex product features into clear compelling messaging.
Be a strategic thinker with a datadriven approach to decisionmaking and problemsolving.
Thrive in collaborative environments working effectively across teams to achieve common goals.
Show creativity and innovation in developing marketing strategies and campaigns that resonate with our target audience.
