Job Description

Coordinate and implement both family and community strengthening by providing comprehensive services for Head Start and Early Head Start (HS/EHS) families. Implement the enrollment recruitment selection eligibility and attendance (ERSEA) process for the Head Start/Early Head Start Program. May conduct office home visits and outreach in the community. Must be in good physical condition and able to lift up to 50 pounds.



Requirements

High School Diploma or GED. Work towards a CDA or college degree within one year of hire. One year experience in working with families in a social service setting. Must be enrolled in the Oregon Criminal History Registry. Pass a Tribal Criminal History check be certified in First Aid/CPR and Food Handlers or receive within 30 days of hire. Be willing to work some evenings participate in inservice staff training and travel out of town for training. Possess a valid Oregon Drivers License and be eligible for tribal insurance coverage. Must pass a preemployment alcohol and drug test.
