Retail Operations Manager

About You To be successful in this role, you should hold minimum 10 years experience with at least 7 years in similar operations such as fast moving consumer goods or luxury brands. Management experience within the travel retail industry is highly preferred. You must be sales focused with a broad retail background including, purchasing, store operations, marketing and promotions. You should have an in depth knowledge of key concepts such as margins, pricing, retail IT systems, merchandising, in store stock layouts, price ticketing, warehouse/store logistics, passenger traffic trends, customer service standards, promotions and new business developments. Management skills with the ability to implement strategic decisions and foster team work are essential pre-requisites for this role.
