Cloud Administrator Intern

We are looking for a System Administrator to maintain upgrade and manage our software hardware and networks.

Shift Timings:

Evening Shift 5:00PM to 02:00AM IST (NonNegotiable we work mostly with US customers in EST Time Zone)

Key Responsibilities and Skills

• Installing and configuring software hardware and networks.
  
• Monitoring system performance and troubleshooting system issues.
  
• Ensuring security and efficiency of IT infrastructure.
  
• Manage network Windows Linux servers and technology tools.
  
• Set up accounts and workstations.
  
• Monitor performance and maintain systems according to requirements.
  
• Ensure security through access controls backups and firewalls.
  
• Upgrade systems with new releases and models.
  
• Knowledge of scripting (shell bash PowerShell).
  
• Familiarity with various operating systems and platforms including but not limited to Windows and Linux.
  
• Problemsolving and troubleshooting skills.
  
• Good communication skills.
  
• Knowledge of firewalls like pfSense is a plus.
