Your responsibilities will involve providing assistance to the Accountant particularly in areas concerning statutory compliance and internal/external reporting. • Bachelor s Degree in Accounting or Finance or equivalent.
  
• Excellent computer skills
  
• Two (2) year experience in financial accounting and payroll processing
  
• Knowledge in various Accounting Software and Financial System particularly in Sage Payroll and Pronto accounting software
  
• Experience in Bookkeeping
  
• 2 years experience in disbursement processing
  
• Adept in local government reportorial requirements
  
• Excellent MS Office skills particularly in Excel
  
• Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization
  
• Selfmotivated energetic & can work both autonomously & as part of the team
  
• Attention to details
  
• Ability to work under pressure with minimum supervision
  
• Ability to set and maintain high work standards
  

What awaits you in this role

• Support daytoday accounting activities in accordance with ITW CAP and ITW CSMI accounting policies and procedures.
  
• Provide assistance to Accountant in areas of statutory compliance and internal/external reporting.
  
• Assist in daily accounting tasks to support our financial team in a variety of accounting activities to ensure that the organization s financial resources are managed in accordance with accounting principles and comply with all relevant regulations laws and standards. These activities may include accounts payable; general ledger maintenance monthly closing of books asset accounting settlement of longterm accounts fixed assets monitoring cash flow management.
  
• Ensure timeliness and accuracy of government mandatory compliance for LGU BIR SSS PHIC and HDMF.
  
• Assist with payroll preparation and disburse employees payments on time. This includes maintaining payroll records calculating taxes other income and deductions and balancing payroll accounts.
  
• Assist the Accountant on adhoc tasks
