Summary:
We are currently seeking an experienced ServiceNow Project Manager to lead the implementation of the ServiceNow platform within our hospital. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management experience with ServiceNow and an understanding of healthcare operations. This role will involve coordinating between IT teams hospital departments and external vendors to ensure a smooth and efficient deployment of ServiceNow. The Project Manager will be responsible for the successful planning execution monitoring and completion of the project.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a detailed project plan that encompasses all aspects of the ServiceNow implementation including timeline resources budget and scope.
- Work closely with hospital departments to gather requirements and ensure the ServiceNow platform meets the specific needs of healthcare workflows and compliance standards.
- Coordinate with ServiceNow developers administrators and other IT staff to customize and configure the platform as per the project specifications.
- Manage communication across all stakeholders providing regular updates on project progress potential risks and mitigation strategies.
- Oversee the project budget ensuring resources are allocated effectively and financial constraints are adhered to.
- Lead the change management process ensuring staff are prepared for the transition to ServiceNow through adequate training and support.
- Implement best practices in project management and IT service delivery leveraging ServiceNows capabilities to enhance hospital operations and patient care.
- Address and resolve any issues or delays in the project timeline making adjustments to the project plan as necessary to meet deadlines.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Information Technology Business Administration Healthcare Administration or related field.
- Professional certification in project management (PMP PRINCE2) is highly desirable.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management with at least 1 year managing ServiceNow implementations.
- Familiarity with healthcare operations and compliance requirements (e.g. HIPAA).
- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects balancing multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Technical understanding of the ServiceNow platform including its applications and capabilities in a healthcare setting.
