Job Description
- Contribute to deep dive & understand obstacles to improve OTR (on the road) Quality metrics like FDDS (First Day Delivery Success) & DEA (Delivery Experience Accuracy)
- Contribute to deep dive & understand obstacles to reduce UTR (under the roof) defects as PNOV (Parcel-Not-On-Van) & OTD (On-Time Dispatch) Metrics
- Deployment & audit of New/Existing Process Standards and upgrades within the delivery station partnering with station management
- Support development and continuous piloting of process improvements and ongoing benchmarking initiatives
