Job Description
Determine and implement correct RCA methodology according to predetermined criteria.
Develop & lead the implementation of a detailed RCA process.
Facilitate or Lead major investigations for several Refineries EQ types, as well as critical systems challenges.
Design & Participate in conducting training workshops and provide RCA Practitioner-level training.
