Job Description

Location: Oasis Square Ara Damansara

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and resourceful individual. The responsibilities include organizing files scheduling meetings making travel arrangements taking notes at meetings typing up documents updating information into our database. Our ideal candidate has positive attitude to learn and has at least one year of experience in Admin and HR role.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Respond to calls emails and routine letters direct inquiries to the appropriate person.
  • Arrange coordinate and schedule meetings;
  • Ability to communicate well with all stakeholders.
  • Selfstarter and able to deliver the best stakeholder experience.
  • Manages department schedule by maintaining calendars for department personnel and arranging meetings conferences teleconferences and travel.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Demonstrate high degree of integrity in maintaining confidentiality of customer and employee information.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum Diploma in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
  • Previous experience in recruitment HR administration or a similar role is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fastpaced environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR software/tools is an added advantage.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Skills Requirement:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Malay
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • A high degree of accuracy proactivity and attention to detail
  • Ability to meet deadlines and to anticipate next steps or needs
  • Ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment
  • Ability to work independently with minimum supervision and under pressure.
