Job Title: Assistant Manager/Manager LMS

Job Summary:

As an LMS (Learning Management System) Manager you will play a pivotal role in the effective implementation and management of our organizations Learning Management System. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee the endtoend functioning of the LMS ensuring seamless delivery of training and learning content to our employees or learners. You will be the goto person for all LMSrelated matters including content uploading assignment issue resolution and reporting. Your role will be crucial in optimizing the learning experience for our users and supporting their professional growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Management: Upload and organize learning materials courses assessments and other relevant content onto the LMS platform. Ensure content is uptodate accurate and accessible to the appropriate user groups.

Course Assignment and Tracking: Manage the assignment of courses and training modules to the relevant individuals or groups. Monitor progress and completion rates and follow up with learners to ensure successful course completion.

Issue Resolution: Act as the first point of contact for LMSrelated queries technical issues and user support. Troubleshoot problems promptly and effectively to maintain uninterrupted access to learning resources.

LMS Maintenance: Regularly review and maintain the LMS ensuring that it remains functional userfriendly and uptodate. Collaborate with IT or vendors to implement updates improvements and resolve technical glitches.

Reporting and MIS: Generate and analyze Management Information System (MIS) reports from the LMS. Provide insights into learner progress course completion rates and overall learning effectiveness to support datadriven decisionmaking.

User Training and Onboarding: Conduct training sessions and workshops to familiarize users with the LMS functionalities features and best practices. Facilitate onboarding for new learners and administrators.

Compliance and Security: Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and organizational security policies. Safeguard user data and sensitive information stored within the LMS.

Continuous Improvement: Collaborate with stakeholders to identify areas for improvement in the LMS platform content and user experience. Propose and implement enhancements to optimize the learning process.

Stay Informed: Stay uptodate with emerging trends best practices and technologies related to Learning Management Systems. Share knowledge with the team and contribute to the enhancement of the organizations learning ecosystem.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelors degree in a relevant field (Education Instructional Design Information Technology etc.).

Proven experience in managing an LMS or similar learning technology.

Familiarity with various elearning content formats (SCORM video documents etc.).

Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work collaboratively with crossfunctional teams.

Proficient in data analysis and generating meaningful reports.

Knowledge of learning and development principles is a plus.
