Create thermal model of power semiconductor and cooling system (heatsink cold plate heat pipe )

Design power cooling solution: forced and natural air cooling liquid cooling.

Background

Masters degree in electrical engineering in the field of Power Electronics (focus on Thermal Management).

Familiar with design and analysis of power conversion topologies power semiconductors modules and with thermal and electrical simulation tools (Ansys/Maxwell SIMetrix PLECS Matlab/Simulink )
