Security Officer

a. Will be the functional head and will be reporting to VP ADMIN through HR.
b. Will command and have full control of the security force deployed at CCAL.
c. Responsible for Man power planning deployment and supervising of the security
system.
d. Organize for periodic parades and MOCK drill to ensure physical fitness of the
security personnel and to confirm the alertness on security angle.
e. Plan and conduct training programs to motivate and improve the skills of security
personnel.
f. Will generate daily weekly and incident reports under MIS.
g. Supervise documentation to ensure control over movement men and material.
Will maintain all records to fulfill the ISO requirements.
h. Conduct surprise checks and forward confidential report to the Management.
i. Conduct detailed investigation on any abnormalities / deviations in security angle
and recommend for corrective action.
j. Develop sustain good / smooth relationship with all concerned with CCAL business
and command support from all sections of the people for the smooth functioning
of security systems.
k. Conduct periodic audit on security arrangements plan & make proposals for man
power sourcing and up gradation of security systems.
l. Plan recruit and train the security force to meet the additional requirements of
the company.
m. Collection of intelligence report and take preventive steps to over come the
critical security / safety issues.
n. Keep good liaison with POLICE Government Officials Panchayats and Local
Population.
o. Check and maintain Fire Safety Equipments and support First Aid.
p. Responsible for identifying the loopholes in the security arrangement and advice
the Management for remedial measures.
q. Take over and head the function in case of emergency to ensure quick / timely
action.
