As an AWS DevOps Engineer you will be responsible for designing implementing and maintaining our cloud infrastructure on Amazon Web Services (AWS). You will work closely with our development and operations teams to ensure seamless integration of code deployments continuous integration/delivery pipelines and scalable infrastructure solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AWS services automation scripting and infrastructure as code (IaC) practices.
Responsibilities:
Design implement and maintain cloud infrastructure solutions on AWS.
Develop and manage CI/CD pipelines for automated code deployments.
Collaborate with development teams to ensure code deployment processes are efficient and reliable.
Implement monitoring logging and alerting solutions for cloudbased applications and services.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to infrastructure deployments and performance.
Implement security best practices and ensure compliance with industry standards.
Automate repetitive tasks using scripting languages and infrastructure as code (IaC) tools.
Perform capacity planning and optimization to ensure scalability and costeffectiveness.
Stay uptodate with AWS services best practices and emerging technologies.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field.
Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer or similar role.
Indepth knowledge of Amazon Web Services (AWS) including EC2 S3 RDS Lambda ECS etc.
Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python Bash or PowerShell.
Handson experience with infrastructure as code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation.
Strong understanding of CI/CD concepts and experience with Jenkins GitLab CI or similar tools.
Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools such as CloudWatch ELK stack or Prometheus.
Knowledge of networking concepts and security best practices in cloud environments.
Excellent problemsolving and troubleshooting skills.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
AWS certification (e.g. AWS Certified DevOps Engineer AWS Certified Solutions Architect).
Experience with serverless computing technologies such as AWS Lambda.
Knowledge of other cloud platforms such as Azure or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
Experience with configuration management tools such as Ansible Chef or Puppet.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps principles
