Job Description
- Manages, coordinates and delivers procurement of direct materials and services within approved budget levels.
- Liaises with project management, other department managers, and clients to establish a standard of service, facilitating the resolution of any technical or administrative issues.
- Conduct, negotiate, and conclude binding contracts with suppliers, ensuring the company obtains the optimum commercial advantage.
- Calculate and control material and logistics costs during the bidding phase and project execution.
- Select, develop, and qualify international suppliers and evaluate their performance in collaboration with the Procurement team.
- Ensure the project’s success by procurement excellence.
- Convert SAP demands into technically complete, commercially, and legally clear purchase orders.
