Senior Consultant Emergency Medicine Chair of Department - Qatar

We have an exciting, new opportunity for a Senior Consultant - Emergency Medicine and Chair of Emergency Department. The successful applicant will have substantial leadership experience and currently serving in a chair role or equivalent.

Key Responsibilities of the Position:
• a) Overseeing all aspects of emergency medical services, ensuring the highest quality patient care, fostering a culture of excellence, and maintaining efficient operations within all Emergency Departments.
• b) Provide strategic leadership and direction to the Emergency Department staff, including physicians, nurses, and support personnel.
• c) Develop and implement policies, protocols, and procedures to optimize patient care delivery and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• d) Foster a collaborative and interdisciplinary approach to patient care, working closely with other departments and specialties within.
• e) Lead quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes, patient satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
• f) Manage departmental budget, resources, and staffing levels to meet patient demand and organizational goals.
• g) Cultivate a culture of continuous learning and professional development among departmental staff.
• h) Represent Emergency department in administrative meetings, committees, and external Collaboration.
