Salesforce Architect

Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Salesforce Architect to join our dynamic team. The Salesforce Architect will be responsible for designing and implementing Salesforce solutions that align with our business goals and objectives. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Salesforce architecture best practices and integration capabilities to deliver scalable and sustainable solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions on the Salesforce platform.
Design and architect Salesforce solutions that meet business needs ensuring scalability performance and maintainability.
Develop comprehensive technical design documentation including architecture diagrams data models and system integrations.
Lead and mentor a team of Salesforce developers and administrators to ensure successful project delivery.
Evaluate and recommend Salesforce products tools and technologies to enhance system functionality and efficiency.
Provide expertise in Salesforce configuration customization and development using Apex Visualforce Lightning Components and other technologies.
Drive best practices for coding standards security and compliance within the Salesforce environment.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including business analysts project managers and QA testers to deliver highquality solutions on time and within budget.
Stay current with Salesforce platform updates industry trends and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement and innovation.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field.
Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or Salesforce Certified Application Architect or Salesforce Certified System Architect preferred.
Proven experience as a Salesforce Architect with a minimum of 3 years of handson experience designing and implementing Salesforce solutions.
Indepth knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities including Sales Cloud Service Cloud Community Cloud and App Cloud.
Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture data model security model and integration capabilities (REST/SOAP APIs Middleware etc.).
Proficiency in Salesforce development tools and languages including Apex Visualforce Lightning Web Components and SOQL.
Experience with Salesforce integration patterns and technologies such as Salesforce Connect MuleSoft or Informatica.
Excellent analytical problemsolving and communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced dynamic environment.
