Head Will and Estate Planning

Experience & Qualification

12 to 15 years of experience in wills estate planning and trust administration.
Should have a Bachelors degree in Law (LLB).

Skills Required

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
Commitment to staying informed on changes in laws and industry practices.

Job Responsibilities

Lead and manage the will and estate planning team ensuring a high standard of service delivery and compliance with legal requirements.
Provide expert advice and solutions to clients on all aspects of wills estate planning trusts and related tax matters.
Develop and implement strategies to grow the department enhance client satisfaction and maintain a competitive edge in the industry.
Stay abreast of legal regulatory and market changes affecting estate planning and incorporate necessary adjustments into service offerings.
Conduct detailed consultations with clients to understand their estate planning needs financial goals and family circumstances.
Design and oversee the preparation of customized wills trust documents powers of attorney and other relevant legal documents.
Coordinate with financial advisors accountants and other professionals to ensure comprehensive estate planning solutions.
Manage and resolve complex estate planning and provide endtoend solutions to clients.
Mentor and develop team members fostering an environment of continuous learning and professional growth.

Remuneration & Benefits

We offer fixed CTC based on merit .
