Business Lead

The Business Lead supports all aspects of the business division such as project controls, planning, contracts, procurement, and subcontracts.Monitors and analyses EPC Contractor s performance providing advice where necessary to make certain the Company s objectives are achieved and supports stakeholder s and shareholder s requirements.Your TasksSupports Business Division Manager with ongoing project reporting, schedule control, change management and other ad-hoc business team deliverables.Assess and analyze EPC Contractor s project controls performance in the areas of execution planning, progress measurement and reporting. Assess project team requirements and needs (dashboards, monthly, weekly, risk, action tracking and KPI reports).Develop, coordinate, and compile input from PMT team members for shareholders and stakeholders requirements (presentations, reports, etc).Participate in PMT evaluation of EPC Contractor change requests including assessment of schedule and cost impacts Assists PMT in developing schedule corrective actions and recovery plans.Coordinate collection of business team deliverables as required by audit program.Assist in developing project close out report to ensure that detailed information on project performance is retained.Your ProfileBachelor s degree in business or engineering alternatively relevant experience in oil and gas industry.Minimum of ten (10) years of major EPC project experience within the Oil and Gas Industry.Broad experience in project controls, including cost, schedule, progress reporting, procurement, and change management.Minimum five (5) years experience associated with engineering, procurement, and construction of large onshore plants and/or LNG plants.Good Software skills: Primavera P6, Advanced excel.Our OfferSalary:Day Rate in USD Plus AllowanceWork Schedule:10 Hours / 6 DaysDuration:April 2027, renewableLocation:Qatar
