Job Title: Driver to the CEO
Location: Kenya
Position Overview: Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Driver to the CEO to join their dynamic team. The Driver will be responsible for providing safe and efficient transportation services to the CEO while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely transport the CEO to and from various locations including meetings appointments and events ensuring punctuality and adherence to schedule.
- Maintain a clean and wellmaintained vehicle at all times conducting regular inspections and routine maintenance checks to ensure optimal performance.
- Plan and prepare travel routes in advance taking into consideration traffic conditions road closures and other factors that may affect travel time.
- Provide assistance to the CEO as needed such as carrying luggage running errands and performing other tasks as assigned.
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding the CEOs activities conversations and personal information.
- Uphold all traffic laws and regulations while operating the vehicle ensuring the safety of the CEO and other passengers at all times.
- Monitor vehicle fuel consumption and expenses maintaining accurate records and receipts for reimbursement purposes.
- Communicate effectively with the CEO and other team members to coordinate schedules and ensure smooth transportation logistics.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding vehicle operation safety protocols and code of conduct.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Proven experience of at least 3 years as a professional driver preferably in a corporate or executive environment.
- Valid drivers license with a clean driving record.
- Valid Certificate of Good Conduct
- Excellent knowledge of Kenyan roads traffic regulations and routes.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally with individuals at all levels.
- Punctual reliable and detailoriented with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information.
- Flexibility to work occasional evenings weekends and overtime as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
