Join Our Team as a Group IT ERP Security & Compliance Analyst
Qualifications:
- Degree in business or computer science (or equivalent).
- Solid understanding of business processes in the manufacturing industry.
- Profound knowledge and experience in IT service operations and continuous improvement.
- Expertise in IT configuration management including roles & authorizations with Segregation of Duties (SoD).
- Ability to handle roles & authorizations within a multiplatform global enterprise operation.
- Strong understanding of SAP ERP systems especially SAP Basis and authorizations modules and their integration with other solutions.
- Operational knowledge of Service Now Maestro and SoX (ITGC) is preferred.
- ITIL and project management certifications are beneficial.
Experience:
- 3 years of experience in SAP application operation and projects preferably with rolebased authorizations and SOx controls.
- Ability to analyze business process requirements and propose solutions.
Competencies:
- Excellent understanding of IT Service Operations (ITIL) and continuous improvement.
- Proactive and a team player with a focus on customer satisfaction and attention to detail.
- Business fluent in English (C1/C2 level); German or other European languages are a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the Group IT ERP Security & Compliance Analyst for our global IT team and functional business units.
- Maintain SAP ERP user authorizations and execute compliance requirements.
- Resolve tickets according to SOPs SLAs and SOx audit requirements.
- Maintain Maestro system settings and troubleshoot issues.
- Coordinate SAP system refreshes and manage system connections.
- Lead or assist in continuous improvement projects.
- Support SOx ITGC audits and collaborate with security and compliance teams.
- Guide external consultants on support cases & projects while ensuring costeffectiveness.
