**Preferred Qualifications and Experience:**
Tertiary education such as a Certificate Diploma or Degree.
Experience in Financial Services Retail Banking Sales Insurance Customer Service or Call Centres.
FAIS Regulatory Exam (RE5).
Understanding or theoretical knowledge of FICA legislation.
Around five years of experience in a complex processoriented environment ideally within Financial Services.
Knowledge and/or experience with Salesforce CRM.
Familiarity with Tax Emigration and related services.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in Afrikaans and English including:
Clear professional writing and excellent email etiquette.
Confident client communication.
Ability to simplify complex issues into clear concise messages.

Relationship management with various stakeholders including establishing developing and maintaining relationships.
Strong interpersonal skills with a resilient and positive attitude able to stay calm and project confidence in dynamic situations.

Experience with sales techniques and strategies to meet customer and business needs.
