Job Description

**Preferred Qualifications and Experience:**

Tertiary education such as a Certificate Diploma or Degree.
Experience in Financial Services Retail Banking Sales Insurance Customer Service or Call Centres.
FAIS Regulatory Exam (RE5).
Understanding or theoretical knowledge of FICA legislation.
Around five years of experience in a complex processoriented environment ideally within Financial Services.
Knowledge and/or experience with Salesforce CRM.
Familiarity with Tax Emigration and related services.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in Afrikaans and English including:
Clear professional writing and excellent email etiquette.
Confident client communication.
Ability to simplify complex issues into clear concise messages.

**Skills and Abilities:**

Relationship management with various stakeholders including establishing developing and maintaining relationships.
Strong interpersonal skills with a resilient and positive attitude able to stay calm and project confidence in dynamic situations.
Excellent collaboration skills for cohesive teamwork.
Networking skills and confidence in interacting with stakeholders at various levels.
Experience with sales techniques and strategies to meet customer and business needs.
Selfmotivated and capable of working independently and as part of a team.
Proven organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and consistently meet deadlines.
Attention to detail and followthrough.
High initiative and motivation.
Inclusive collaborative and engaging approach able to consult facilitate negotiate and influence a broad range of people in a mediumsized corporate environment.
Ability to work under pressure in a rapidly changing environment.
