Job Title: Workato Integration Engineer

Location: Newark U.S. (Hybrid)

Pay Rate: $7075/ hour

Overview: We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Workato Integration Specialist to join our team. As a Workato Integration Specialist you will play a crucial role in configuring and customizing our Workato integration platform to facilitate seamless data exchange and workflow automation between various systems and applications. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of integration concepts strong technical skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams.
Responsibilities:
Configure and customize Workato connectors recipes and workflows to integrate various systems applications and data sources.
Collaborate with business stakeholders and IT teams to gather integration requirements and translate them into technical solutions using Workato.
Design and implement data mappings transformations and business rules within Workato to ensure accurate and efficient data exchange.
Develop and maintain Workato recipes and integrations to automate business processes workflows and data flows.
Troubleshoot integration issues identify root causes and implement corrective actions to ensure smooth operation of Workato integrations.
Monitor integration performance health and usage metrics to identify opportunities for optimization and improvement.
Provide technical support and guidance to endusers and stakeholders on Workato integrationrelated matters.
Document integration configurations workflows and best practices for knowledge sharing and future reference.
Stay informed about Workato platform updates features and enhancements and evaluate their potential impact on existing integrations.
Collaborate with external vendors and partners to implement and maintain integrations with thirdparty systems and applications.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field.
Proven experience as a Workato Integration Configuration Specialist or similar role with a minimum of X years of handson experience in configuring and customizing Workato integrations.
Strong understanding of integration concepts API technologies and data formats (REST SOAP JSON XML etc.).
Proficiency in designing implementing and troubleshooting complex workflows and integrations using Workato.
Experience with other integration platforms (e.g. Zapier MuleSoft Dell Boomi) is a plus.
Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to identify issues and propose effective solutions.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams and stakeholders.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage multiple priorities in a fastpaced environment.
Workato certification(s) is preferred but not required.
