Responsibilities:
Generate inquiries and close transactions for recruitment and finance business consulting.
Handle presales activities including lead generation through market research cold calling LinkedIn and online data.
Maintain regular communication with potential clients to develop synergy and foster relationships.
Prepare and share presentations/proposals with potential clients according to their requirements.
Elaborate on the terms of hiring and ensure clarity throughout the process.
Guide the activities and operations of the sourcing team to ensure revenue goals are achieved.
Maintain a database of potential clients for future engagement.
