Job Description

Job Title: HiTrust Sales Resource for India catering to the Backend Offices of Global Capability Centres (GCC) Organisations


Location: India


Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic ambitious and goaldriven HiTrust Sales Resource to join our team. As a HiTrust Sales Resource you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth by identifying developing and closing opportunities with Global Capability Centres (GCC) in their backend offices. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to achieve sales targets building relationships with key stakeholders and promoting the benefits of HiTrusts solutions and services. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in B2B sales excellent communication skills and a deep understanding of the Global Capability Centres (GCC) market.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop and execute sales plans and strategies to achieve revenue targets
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Global Capability Centres (GCC) backend office market
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decisionmakers influencers and stakeholders
  • Understand customer needs and requirements and provide solutions that meet those needs
  • Collaborate with HiTrusts technical team to provide customized solutions to clients
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to prospective clients
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients
  • Monitor and report on market trends competitor activities and customer feedback
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM software
  • Attend trade shows conferences and other industry events to promote HiTrusts products and services


Requirements:


  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B sales preferably in the US or UK market
  • Strong understanding of the Global Capability Centres (GCC)market and backend office operations
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong negotiating and closing skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Willingness to travel as required
