Job Title: Business Development Executive

Overview:

The Business Development Executive plays a crucial role in the growth and success of the organization by identifying new business opportunities building and maintaining relationships with potential clients and driving business expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify new business opportunities through market research and networking
  • Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients
  • Create and implement sales strategies to drive business growth
  • Negotiate and close business deals
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to generate leads
  • Prepare business proposals and presentations
  • Attend industry events and conferences to generate new business leads
  • Monitor industry trends to identify opportunities for new services or products
  • Work with crossfunctional teams to develop and execute business development initiatives
  • Meet and exceed sales targets
  • Report on sales activities to senior management
  • Provide excellent customer service and maintain strong client relationships
  • Conduct market research to identify potential new markets and customer needs
  • Contribute to the development of marketing materials and product offerings

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field
  • Proven experience as a Business Development Executive or relevant role
  • Demonstrated success in sales and meeting targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Solid understanding of market research techniques and analysis
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strategic thinking and problemsolving skills
  • Ability to travel as needed
  • Strong work ethic and a resultsdriven approach
  • Experience in developing and delivering presentations
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships
  • Knowledge of business development best practices
