Service Sales Expertise
Apply previous experience of promoting ; selling heavy fabrication/welding/Heat
treatment services
Demonstrate a strong understanding of services
Responsible for managing the endtoend client projects for heat treatment services
Sales Reporting and Analysis
Prepare regular sales reports analyzing performance metrics and providing insights
for continuous improvement.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of sales initiatives making datadriven
recommendations for optimization
Team Collaboration Management
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of PWHT services
addressing technical and logistical aspects of client requirements
Work closely with the technical team to provide insights on client expectations and
feedback
Build the KPI s of each team member and participate in the performance appraisal
process.
Industry Representation
Represent industry events trade shows and conferences related
Participate in promotional activities to enhance brand visibility and positioning in the
market.
Training and Development
Provide training and guidance to the sales team sharing insights on the intricacies of
selling heat treatment equipment and services.
Collaborate with the team to develop effective sales collateral and promotional
materials
Operational Efficiency
Overlook operational efficiency and delivery of the sales and operations team.
Building up processes and SOPs for seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
