This role will play an important part in few of the key talent acquisition projects and shall participate in our growth journey
- Work with recruitment team in creating and implementing sourcing strategies for various business units
- Source talent from various sourcing channels i.e. career website referrals job boards LinkedIn recruitment agencies etc.
- Proactively work on open positions with the sense of urgency and quality
- Develop talent pipelines for future hiring needs
- Reach out to passive candidates and keep them warm for future roles
- Maintain & uphold process and data integrity
- Must have IT and NON IT hiring experience.
This role will primarily involve:
- Excellent research sourcing candidate engagement and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven experience of successfully working on niche roles PAN India
- Handson experience on various sourcing channels
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask with good time management skills
- Organized with the ability to prioritize and complete tasks within defined SLAs.
- Excellent judgment and the ability to make quick decisions when working with complex situations.
- High degree of integrity trustworthiness and confidence; represents the company and its management team with the highest level of professionalism.
Education Requirements
- Bachelors degree preferred in related technical field
