We have an excellent opportunity for a talented Solicitor or Legal Executive to join our growing Commercial Property department.

The Commercial Property department acts for a wide range of local and national clients on a broad spectrum of commercial and residential property transactions.

This role is an integral role within a vastly experienced specialist team and we are looking for candidates with personality and drive to handle a varied caseload.

Requirements

About you

Candidates must have experience knowledge and a demonstrable background of handling commercial property work including sales purchases letting landlord and tenant financing and residential conveyancing work. Applicants should ideally have 1 2 years PQE (applications from newly qualified candidates will be welcome subject to experience) and must be able to demonstrate sound technical knowledge together with exceptional client care and excellent communication skills.

We are open to different levels of experience/qualification so long as you re a capable standalone fee earner with good experience across Sales Purchases Letting Landlord & tenant and Financing.
