Job Summary • Lead the process for the development of procurement procedures, based on the effective procurement policy, business needs and any relevant external regulations ensuring full compliance. • Design, monitor and review the Procurement budget. • Review the service agreements from procurement perspective prepared by the procurement and contracts manager in coordination with the Legal team. • Monitor and purchasing of service, supplies and equipment and compare costs for maximum value-for-money and quality. • Development and succession planning. This is done in full collaboration with the HR function Skills • Must be from a large group of companies or FMCG background. • Must have 10yrs of Procurement experience. • Bilingual Preferred (English and Arabic)
