What Youll Be Doing:

• Becoming the goto person for customers building solid relationships that last.
  
• Addressing questions or needs for help through emails calls and even facetoface meetings.
  
• Becoming the wise advisor for key accounts ensuring theyre happy and getting what they need.
  
• Keeping everyone in the loop about how things are going sharing progress with both the team and customers.
  
• Having an eye on customer usage of the product and finding ways to enhance their experience.
  
• Working closely with the Sales team to welcome new clients and ensure current ones are feeling the love.
  
• Playing a big part in ensuring the team and tools are the best they can be by bringing in new ideas and ensuring continuous improvement.
  

Requirements

• Having experience in managing accounts or similar roles. K*nowing how to keep customers happy and onboard new ones.
  
• Being awesome at talking and presenting ideas in a way that everyone understands whether its a oneonone meeting or chatting with the big bosses.
  
• Being a bit of a detective always figuring out what customers need and how to make it happen.
  
• Juggling multiple projects No problem! Focusing on the details and making sure everything runs smoothly.
  
• Being a champ at listening negotiating and presenting. Plus possessing topnotch writing and speaking skills.
  
• Holding a Bachelors Degree in something relevant or having the experience to show suitability for the job.
  
• Being selfdriven and loving to see hard work turn into real results.
  
• Naturally building relationships centered around trust maturity and getting the job done.
  
• Thinking on ones feet and solving problems as a superpower.
  
• Knowing the way around tech from websites to digital marketing and everything in between.
  
• Excelling in time management always looking for ways to do things better and meet deadlines.
  
• Being proficient with tools like Microsoft Office Google Apps Salesforce and any help desk software.
