Job Overview: Our client is a leading provider of solar power solutions committed to sustainable energy practices. They are seeking to hire an Operations Manager will be responsible for ensuring efficient and effective execution of project plans adherence to safety and regulatory standards and optimisation of operational processes to achieve company goals. You will lead a team of professionals and collaborate closely with various stakeholders to drive operational excellence and contribute to the companys success in the renewable energy sector.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize all operational processes to maximize efficiency and productivity.
- Oversee the planning scheduling and execution of solar installation projects ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
- Coordinate with sales engineering and procurement teams to ensure seamless project execution from inception to completion.
- Develop and implement strategies to streamline workflow reduce costs and improve overall performance.
- Lead a team of project managers technicians and administrative staff providing guidance and support to ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate with sales engineering and procurement teams to coordinate project activities and resource allocation.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations industry standards and company policies at all times.
- Cultivate strong relationships with suppliers vendors and subcontractors to ensure reliable supply chain management.
- Implement robust quality assurance processes and conduct regular inspections to ensure that all solar installations meet or exceed industry standards and customer expectations.
- Collaborate with the executive team to develop longterm growth strategies and business expansion initiatives.
- Act as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries concerns and escalations resolving issues promptly and effectively.
Requirements
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in business administration engineering or a related field
Minimum of 3 years experience in operations management proven experience in the renewable energy industry.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve goals.
Excellent problemsolving abilities and decisionmaking skills.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Maintains a commitment and enthusiasm to goal achievement
Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Knowledge of solar energy systems and technology is highly desirable.
Ability to thrive in a fastpaced dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
The requirements listed below are representative of the Knowledge, Skill and/or ability required to perform this job satisfactorily Work experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or similar role Excellent MS Office knowledge Outstanding organizational and time management skills Familiarity with office gadgets and applications (e.g. e-calendars and copy machines) Excellent verbal and written communications skills Discretion and confidentiality PA diploma or certification is a plus
