Social Media Marketing Specialist

• Defining the most important social media KPIs as well as developing implementing and managing social media strategies
  
• Obtaining Compliance and brand approvals for social media posts and conducting routine audits for content approval
  
• Updating existing social media posts based on business requirements and deleting irrelevant or outdated posts
  
• Developing and managing efficient procedures and workflows for social media content life cycle including creation approval and revision
  
• Creating monthly analytic reports with recommendations specific to driving and optimising trafficbehaviour campaign response and search engine marketing (SEM) opportunities
  
• Communicating with industry professionals and influencers through social media to build a strong network
  
• Staying up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies
  

Requirements

• Bachelor s degree in businessrelated or quantitative field (marketing computing business an information technology)
  
• More than 5 years of experience in similar capacity
  
• Experience in measuring and analysing social media marketing campaigns (e.g. on LinkedIn)
  
• Proficiency in paid advertising or social media advertising
  
• Experience in working with social media platforms and centralised social media management platforms such as Hootsuite
  
• Solid understanding of current social media marketing concepts trends strategies and best practices
  
• Excellent written/verbal communication and interpersonal skills with strong sense of client service
  
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills as well as ability to set priorities and work with team members from diverse cultural backgrounds
  
• Knowledge/interest in capital markets funds and asset management (preferred)
