Hiring a Program Manager Bank Assurance Vertical the role involves overseeing banca sales strategy sales processes sales initiatives and relationship management with internal and external stakeholders. This includes driving key initiatives for both partner and internal sales teams managing data requirements for the Bank Central Office and ensuring compliance with internal sales processes.
Key Result Areas:
Sales
- Should possess understanding of working of Banca Model.
- Ensure Drives on Key Initiatives launched for Partner as well as Internal Sales Teams.
- Have regular communication with Field teams and liaison their requirements with HO teams.
Relationship Management
- Data management for requirements of Bank Central Office.
- Build relationship with the Operations and Sales team members.
- Enable sales team by ensuring that all sales enablers with regards to sales tools sales propositions & help items are in place.
- Adhere to the daily Activity Management/Choreography.
- Interact with field teams regularly daily and build rigor Branch Activation.
- Interact with IT DE and OPS teams to ensure smooth functioning for Sales.

- Banking financial services industry business perspective & planning exposure.
- Ability to lead discussions with stakeholders business operations and convince leaderships to execute process improvement projects.
- Ability to provide overall direction guidance and definition of business to effectively support business strategy.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE: - Essential qualifications for the position include being a graduate with 58 years of experience in insurance sales with a specific emphasis on familiarity with the Banca model.
- Desirable qualifications include a postgraduate degree or MBA.
