TMM is fully responsible for managing and building business for all Agencies / Brands managed /supervised / distributed by CA-IA Division in order to achieve the agreed standards with suppliers /brand owners in terms of in-market execution; launch of a brand / product; increase sales value and volume; increase brand equity, awareness and analyze market and category trends for all brands / agencies to further enhance business.
Line management responsibility for 30+ people responsible for marketing, sales coordination and merchandising.
- Education, QUALIFICATIONS, and specific EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor Degree in Business Management / Marketing
- 5+ years of demonstrated managerial experience in marketing / business development / team management in multi-national distributor / manufacturer / brand owner set up within FMCG industry
- Results oriented, entrepreneurial and self-motivating, with proven track record in coaching and mentoring.
- Previous experience in Key Account Management and Market category Analysis.
- Knowledgeable in MS Office Suite (Excel, PPT, Word)
- Good English communication skills, verbal and written. Arabic language an advantage.
- Effective organizational skills, conflict management and negotiation skills.
- Well presentable and able to communicate effective at all levels
- Pro-active in approach: Tenacious and resilient, driven to achieve even when faced with obstacles
- Work independently but should be an ardent team player
- Strong commercial understanding of business issues/opportunities
- Strong understanding of sales and marketing strategy and planning issues
- Strong analytical skills with ability to develop strategies, tactics and measurable implementation
