Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Telecaller with a minimum of 1 year of proven experience in the Advertising Agency industry. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills a strong understanding of advertising and marketing concepts and a track record of successful client interactions. Additionally candidates must have their own database for calling purposes.

Tasks

  1. Outbound Calling: Initiate outbound calls to potential clients within the provided database to promote our advertising services and generate leads.
  2. Client Engagement: Engage with clients effectively understanding their advertising needs and providing information about our agencys services.
  3. Database Management: Utilize and manage your own database for calling ensuring accuracy and relevance to the advertising industry.
  4. Followup: Conduct timely followup calls to nurture leads and maintain a positive relationship with potential clients.
  5. Achieve Targets: Meet and exceed weekly and monthly targets for lead generation appointments and conversions.
  6. Product Knowledge: Stay updated on the latest advertising trends industry developments and our agencys service offerings to effectively communicate with clients.
  7. Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed records of all communications and interactions with clients in the CRM system.
  8. Feedback Loop: Provide valuable feedback to the sales and marketing teams based on client interactions to enhance our services and strategies.

Requirements

  1. Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Telecaller in an Advertising Agency.
  2. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate ideas and solutions clearly.
  3. Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of advertising and marketing concepts preferably with experience in the advertising agency sector.
  4. Selfdriven: Proven ability to work independently and proactively meeting and exceeding targets.
  5. Database Management: Must have a personal and updated database for calling purposes.
  6. Persistence: Demonstrated persistence and resilience in achieving goals and overcoming objections.
  7. TechSavvy: Proficient in using CRM software Microsoft Office and other communication tools.
  8. Team Collaboration: Ability to collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to achieve overall business objectives.
