Customer Success Intern

Selected interns daytoday responsibilities include:

1. Own overall relationship with clients including managing onboarding implementation training increasing adoption and high levels of customer satisfaction

2. Establish a trusted and strategic advisor relationship to help drive the continued value of our product

3. Maintain and develop customer success strategies and best practices as well as customer support content with the help of the creative team

4. Communicate effectively with both internal and external seniorlevel management to understand customer needs maximize retention and growth and communicate learnings

5. Maintain existing customer success metrics and data

6. Serve as daytoday contact for assigned accounts identify areas of opportunity highlight best practices and document them

7. Review the customer journey identifying how its supported taking a consultative approach in helping clients overcome issues and achieve goals

8. Facilitate interaction and workflow between project team members to ensure timely deliverables

9. Collaborate problemsolve and/or strategize upcoming client meetings with team members

10. Work with the sales and marketing team to develop case studies

Working days : Monday Friday

Stipend : INR 10000
