Job Title Senior Associate India Entry
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have broad exposure in Finance Tax Human Resource and Company Law domains to be able to understand client requirements and manage engagements. As a Senior Associate you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our business by providing comprehensive support across multiple functions.
Responsibilities:
Involve in discussions with potential / interested foreign companies to develop an understanding about their business plans in India.
- Understand the requirements of such potential companies and present the service portfolio of our organization.
- Initiate pitch presentations / proposals to such companies and focus on signing up engagements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions and services to clients.
- Play the role of Key Account Manager build & maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs / expectations and ensure satisfaction of services rendered by the operations team of our organization.
- Address client inquiries concerns and requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Develop and implement strategies / plans to engage clients and enhance their service experience with our organization.
- Organize and coordinate client events meetings and presentations.
Requirements
- CMA / CA qualified / semi qualified with 7 years proven experience in a similar role managing finance taxation HR payroll and statutory compliance
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
- Demonstrated leadership qualities and the ability to mentor and develop team members.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively in a fastpaced environment.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
