RN- Surgical Unit UP TO 15 000 Sign On Bonus

Job Description:

Med Staff USA is currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Surgical Unit team. As a member of our team you will have the opportunity to work in a fastpaced and dynamic environment providing exceptional care to patients undergoing surgical procedures. This is a fulltime position with a competitive salary and benefits package including a generous signon bonus of up to $15000 for candidates with at least 12 months of hospital acute care experience.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to provide quality patient care and achieve optimal outcomes

Assess plan implement and evaluate patient care plans

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians

Monitor and record patient vital signs and medical history

Educate patients and their families on postoperative care and followup instructions

Communicate effectively with patients families and healthcare team members

Maintain accurate and complete patient records

Adhere to hospital policies and procedures as well as state and federal regulations

Qualifications:

Valid and current RN license in the state of practice

At least 1 year of experience in a hospital acute care setting (less than 12 months of experience may qualify for a signon bonus of up to $9000)

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work in a fastpaced and highstress environment

Strong critical thinking and problemsolving skills

BLS and ACLS certification (or willingness to obtain within 3 months of hire)

Experience working in a surgical unit is preferred but not required
