Job Description:
Candidate must have engineering level experience and expert in Citrix administration
Experience in Deployment management and support of Citrix XenApp/XenDesktop Citrix clients StoreFront Netscaler Provisioning Services Citrix Profile Management Citrix Access Gateway MS RDS licenses and monitoring tools in an enterprisewide global environment onpremise or on the cloud.
Manages maintains supports troubleshoots and optimizes any Citrix solution presently in place while making suggestions and improvements.
Defines product/solution strategy and roadmap.
Works closely with service delivery and operations to ensure quality standards and goals are met.
Upgrade Patch and migrate Citrix components as required.
Citrix Receiver/Workspace endpoint troubleshooting and management.
Continually monitor the health of the systems infrastructure respond quickly to problems and proactively troubleshoot irregularities before they become serviceimpacting issues (including performance tuning).
Experience in providing automated solutions using Power Shell scripting
Candidate with Citrix certification is good to have
Excellent troubleshooting and problemsolving skills
Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
Must be able to work in a 24x7 production support environment
Participate in an oncall rotation for support of systems outside of normal business hours.
Experience in Windows and Active Directory would be preferred
