What you'll do:
- Design, develop, and implement high-quality, reusable ReactJS components for our web applications.
- Partner with cross-functional teams (designers, product managers, backend engineers) to deliver a seamless user experience.
- Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following best practices and coding standards.
- Optimize code performance and identify bottlenecks for efficient application rendering.
- Implement state management solutions (e.g., Redux, MobX) and optimize data fetching strategies.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our front-end architecture and codebase.
- Actively participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to your peers.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest ReactJS trends and technologies, participating in learning and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
Who you are:
Bonus points:
- Passionate about building user interfaces and crafting exceptional user experiences.
- 4-8 years of experience developing production-ready applications using ReactJS and related technologies (e.g., Redux, GraphQL, TypeScript).
- Strong understanding of modern JavaScript concepts (ES6+, async/await, closures, etc.).
- Experience with component state management libraries (e.g., Redux, MobX).
- Proficient in HTML, CSS, and familiar with preprocessors like Sass or Less.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- A problem-solver with a strong analytical mind and a focus on delivering quality code.
- Enthusiastic about learning new technologies and staying ahead of the curve.
Bonus points:
- Experience with other front-end libraries or frameworks (e.g., NextJs, Angular).
- Knowledge of back-end technologies (e.g., NodeJS, Python).
- Experience with design systems and UI/UX best practices.
- Strong testing skills and experience with unit and integration testing frameworks.
