JOB OBJECTIVE: To research and give insight to solutions to drive the overall growth of the MSME business space with value propositions while maintaining a healthy business.
ACCOUNTABILITIES:
1. Onboard and Manage support partners for various MSMEs segments
2. Work with BMC to drive business banking products and solutions
3. Oversee the activities of MSME segment business and Partnership opportunities in the business banking space.
4. Oversee the activities of the MSME segment and Proposition TLs and officers and ensuring growth in NTB businesses in MSME business and cooperatives.
5. Coordinate the business opportunities and personal development of the MSME Segment and Proposition team.
6. Collaborate with other units and see to healthy loan portfolio of the business banking unit.
7. Track Performance and income on onlending funds and MSME businesses/products
8. Lead campaigns for Lending Solutions and ensure conversion of leads.
9. Reduce NPLs on Lending Solutions
10. Engage Business Banking RSOs and network to drive marketing.
11.Track performance and management of value chain communities
12. Conduct constant review of Economy/Sectors and impact on products
