Job Description

Position Overview:

The Director of Human Resources will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives that support our organizational goals and drive employee engagement retention and performance. This role requires a dynamic and strategic leader with a deep understanding of HR best practices employment laws and regulations.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies policies and programs that align with the companys objectives and promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
  • Lead and mentor the HR team providing guidance support and professional development opportunities.
  • Oversee talent acquisition efforts including workforce planning recruitment selection and onboarding to attract and retain top talent.
  • Manage employee relations issues including investigations conflict resolution and disciplinary actions ensuring fair and consistent application of policies and procedures.
  • Lead performance management processes including goal setting performance reviews and career development planning.
  • Oversee compensation and benefits programs including salary benchmarking incentive plans and employee wellness initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations and maintain uptodate knowledge of best practices in HR management.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement organizational development initiatives aimed at enhancing employee engagement retention and productivity.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field required; Masters degree preferred.
  • 4 years of progressive HR experience including at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • SHRMSCP or SPHR certification preferred.
  • Strong understanding of HR best practices employment laws and regulations.
  • Demonstrated experience developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives that drive organizational success.
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Exceptional communication skills both verbal and written with the ability to effectively convey complex information and concepts.
  • Proven ability to lead and develop highperforming teams in a fastpaced and dynamic environment.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to anticipate future trends and challenges and develop proactive solutions.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
