Overview:
The Business Development Manager plays a crucial role in the organizations growth and success by identifying new business opportunities building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and contributing to the overall business strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement growth strategies focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
- Promote the companys products/services addressing or predicting clients objectives
- Build longterm relationships with new and existing customers
- Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
- Negotiate and close deals in coordination with the sales team
- Prepare and deliver pitches and presentations to potential clients
- Collaborate with various teams to meet customer needs
- Keep records of sales revenue invoices etc.
- Attend conferences meetings and industry events
- Develop quotes and proposals for clients
- Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations
- Participate in pricing the solution/service
- Stay uptodate with industry trends
- Track and record activity on accounts and help to close deals to meet these targets
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Sales or relevant field
- Proven work experience as a Business Development Manager or similar role
- Proven sales track record
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
- Understanding of the sales process and dynamics
- A commitment to excellent customer service
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
