We RentoMojo were founded by IITM alums and serial entrepreneurs who worked out of almost every major city in India in his first five years of corporate career. Frustrated with the hassles of relocating from one place to the other and tired of finding that perfect cluster of home essentials that suited their lifestyle.
RentoMojo caters to the needs of the working professionals which is unmet due to nonavailability of furnished rental flats by offering furniture and appliances on rental basis thus providing more flexibility than owning the expensive furniture and appliances.
With 1000 people operations the company has a presence in 16 cities across India. Looking back Rentomojo has not only made a new market of lease which never existed for the consumer they have also become market leaders in the consumer rental industry. Unlike the norm they are now seeing a reverse trend wherein a version of ours is being copied in the US and UK. We are also profitable at monthly PAT since Oct 2021.

Responsibilities and Ownership:

Retention Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive customer retention strategies to minimize churn and maximize customer lifetime value.
Push Notification Management: Design and implement effective push notification campaigns to engage and reengage customers. Analyze push notification performance metrics and optimize campaigns for increased user engagement and retention.
InApp Ads Management: Plan and implement inapp advertising campaigns to promote retention and upsell opportunities. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of inapp ads adjusting strategies as needed to enhance user experience and loyalty.
Campaign Planning: Develop plan and execute targeted retention campaigns through various channels ensuring a cohesive and integrated approach. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to create compelling and personalized campaigns.
Customer Data Analysis: Utilize customer data analytics tools to identify patterns preferences and behaviors. Generate insights to drive datadriven decisionmaking in the development and optimization of retention strategies.
Segmentation and Personalization: Implement customer segmentation strategies for personalized communication and offers. Continuously refine segmentation based on customer behavior and feedback.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Your work till now will be the first qualification that would matter to us. Other than that you should be:
Must have
- Bachelors degree in a relevant field
- Experience managing and optimizing CRM campaigns on tools like Moengage and or Clevertap.
- Technical expertise and understanding of event configuration and setting up automated personalized campaign
- Experience in planning executing and managing campaigns on Email WhatsApp Push Notification and SMS
- CLM planning and funnel optimization
- Retention and repeat marketing
- Data analytics and interpretation
Good to have
- Experience in performance marketing and managing campaigns on Google & Meta ads
- Creative mindset and ability to craft and optimize engaging copy
- Site merchandising/Product marketing
- Discounting and category ops
