Requirements
As a Business Development Manager specialising in security services you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and expanding our footprint in the security industry. Your responsibilities will include:
Developing and executing strategic business development plans to enhance our market presence and achieve revenue targets.
Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the security services sector including but not limited to security officers cleaners marshals CCTV operators and dog handlers.
Building and nurturing strong relationships with prospective clients understanding their security needs and providing tailored solutions that exceed expectations.
Collaborating closely with our operations team to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
Conducting thorough market research and analysis to identify emerging trends competitive threats and growth opportunities.
Representing them at industry events conferences and networking functions to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
Negotiating contracts pricing agreements and service level agreements with clients while maximising profitability and ensuring longterm partnerships.
Monitoring and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs) sales metrics and market insights to inform strategic decisionmaking.
